Shipping
We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
Shipping usually takes approximately up to 4 working days from the date your order has been processed and payment has been confirmed.
Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or bank holidays.
Please make sure that your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details.

Refunds & Returns
Refunds are available within 14 days of receiving your phone, provided the phone is returned in the same condition as it was delivered.
Return shipping costs: are the customer’s responsibility for returns within 14 days, unless the phone arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect.
To qualify for a refund, the phone must be returned:
- In the same condition as received
- Without any new damage, marks or signs of misuse
- With any accessories, packaging or items supplied with the order
- Fully reset, with all personal accounts, passwords, PINs, Apple ID, Google account or security locks removed
We reserve the right to refuse or reduce a refund if the phone is returned damaged, altered, missing items, locked to an account, or not in the same condition as it was delivered.
Damaged or Faulty on Arrival
If your phone arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. We will cover the cost of shipping if it is proven the device arrived in a damaged or faulty state
You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the phone if there is damage on arrival or if the item is not as described.
Please include your order details and, where possible, photos or videos showing the issue. This helps us review the problem quickly.
If the phone is confirmed to have arrived damaged or not as described, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include a refund, replacement or repair.
90-Day Warranty for Faulty Phones
All phones are covered by a 90-day warranty from the date of delivery.
If your phone develops a fault within this 90-day warranty period, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue. We will cover the cost of shipping if it is proven the device is faulty.
The warranty covers faults that were not caused by accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised repairs, software changes, water damage or customer damage.
To make a warranty claim, please provide:
- Your order details
- A description of the fault
- Photos or videos showing the issue, where possible
If the phone is confirmed to be faulty under the warranty, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
The 90-day warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Water or liquid damage
- Damage caused by misuse or neglect
- Cracked screens or physical damage after delivery
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications
- Software issues caused by third-party apps, updates or resets
- Devices returned with account locks, passcodes, Apple ID, Google account or security locks still active
Returning a Phone
Before returning a phone, please contact us first so we can provide return instructions.
Returned phones should be packaged securely to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service when returning a phone.
Unless the phone arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.
Before returning any phone, please ensure it is fully reset and that all personal accounts, passwords, PINs, Apple ID, Google account or security locks have been removed.
Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned phone, we will inspect it to confirm its condition.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days using your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.
